1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the hbajii website at hbajii.club (the "Platform"), creating a player account, or placing any wager or bet, you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and hbajii with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

2 Eligibility

Use of the hbajii Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. hbajii does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. You bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of hbajii or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or gambling ban on the hbajii Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the Platform under duress or impairment.

hbajii reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by hbajii support may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To place bets or play casino games on hbajii, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

Each natural person is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the hbajii Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hbajii will close all but the earliest registered account, void any bonuses associated with duplicate accounts, and may withhold withdrawals pending a full review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must notify hbajii support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. hbajii will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

hbajii accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and Indian Rupee (INR). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT or the INR equivalent. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment instruments belonging to another person are not permitted. Where a third-party deposit is detected, hbajii reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the account, and conduct a full KYC (Know Your Customer) review before releasing any associated funds.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. hbajii may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and screenshots or transaction records confirming the payment methods used for deposits, before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) control and is applied consistently to all players.

Processing times for withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically within a few hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one and five business days. hbajii does not guarantee specific processing times and will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network disruptions.

5 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on hbajii are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market as published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of any conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

hbajii offers betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports as available. Live in-play betting is available on selected markets and is subject to real-time odds changes. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player.

• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond a defined period, if a technical error affected the odds, or if the market was settled in error. Void bets are refunded to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.
• Obvious Errors: hbajii reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error (e.g., manifestly incorrect due to a technical glitch). Such voids will be communicated to the affected player via their registered contact details.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per sport. These limits are published on the relevant betting page and may be updated from time to time. Bets accepted above the stated maximum will be settled at the maximum payout value.
• Match Integrity: Any bet suspected to have been placed in connection with match fixing, corruption, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event will be voided and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

6 Casino Games

hbajii's casino library includes live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and other RNG (Random Number Generator) titles provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface.

All RNG-based casino games use certified random number generation technology. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot or RNG title is determined by the game provider and is available within the game information panel. hbajii does not modify RTP values set by its licensed game providers.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

hbajii may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account verification and who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the individual promotion.
• A wagering requirement applies to all bonus funds. The wagering requirement must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain when the validity period expires will be forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account unless otherwise stated. Players must not attempt to use multiple accounts to claim a single-account offer more than once.
• hbajii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of its modification will be notified of the change.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering cycle, or used to circumvent these Terms.
• Promotional offers targeting the Bangladesh market (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and BPL season promotions) are subject to the same general bonus terms unless otherwise indicated in the promotion-specific page.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbajii Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one player account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or to place bets.
• Exploiting software errors, platform glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers that is determined by hbajii to be abusive.
• Conducting transactions that constitute, facilitate, or are connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Sharing your account credentials with, or allowing access to your account by, any third party.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hbajii staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

hbajii reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match manipulation.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account action.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure submitted to hbajii support.
• Account inactivity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, hbajii may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining balances will be returned via the Player's registered payment method after all applicable checks have been completed.

Please allow up to five business days for voluntary closure requests to be processed. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their outcomes before the account is deactivated.

10 Privacy & Data

hbajii collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

hbajii uses SSL/TLS encryption across all pages of the Platform to protect data in transit. 12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hbajii, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or hbajii had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hbajii's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hbajii makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability. hbajii will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance periods in advance.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the hbajii Platform — including but not limited to the hbajii logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of hbajii or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of hbajii.

Third-party game content made available on the Platform (including game graphics, soundtracks, and mechanics from providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which hbajii is registered as an offshore operator. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through hbajii's internal complaints process.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact the hbajii support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. hbajii will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and will endeavour to provide a final resolution within thirty (30) business days of receiving full details of the complaint.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
